We had an extensive deck repair performed by FAB. This was a difficult task because of the terrain. Fred and his team did a systematic approach to the repair. We replaced all the exterior support beams 20 feet off the ground. I am pleased with the results. The team worked hard and performed the task needed in a timely manner. I recommend FAB for your construction needs. I will use them again. In fact we have another project scheduled. I am satisfied with the work performed on this project.
These projects are critical to our adaptation of a home purchase to truly make it ours. One is a workshop for hand tools and gardening implements and the second a room addition with glass walls to enjoy outdoor scenes in comfort. FAB was great to first come out quickly to give us an estimate, then revise it based on our needs. The crew was hardworking and finished the job in just a week, which was very appreciated. I am now having FAB give me estimates on other work with our kitchen upgrade and shower replacement. Highly recommended!
I contacted FAB Build and Remodel after our previous contractor did a sorry job fixing some rot damage. They were so kind and helpful during this troublesome situation. They did a great job fixing the problem and they will come back to finish the project in more detail since I work from home and can’t have construction work during my busy season. I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future for projects that need to be worked on around the house and property. I would like to extend my thanks to FAB BUILD AND REMODEL COMPANY. They recently completed a rebuild job involving an old screened-in porch with a leaky roof. I wanted a glassed in garden/sunroom that would be an extension of my house. That is exactly what they gave me, using high quality windows for maximum heating and cooling potential. They installed french doors that extend the den into this room, helping bring the outdoors into the inside, increasing the view tremendously. I couldn’t be happier with the project. They are professional and take pride in their work! I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about an update to their home.
